Bart Twaalfhoven
Former Consul General of the Netherlands in Dubai (2004 - 2007)

Bart Twaalfhoven started his career as embassy secretary for press- and cultural affairs in Madrid. In the late 1980’s he was Secretary of the Board of Ministers for European Affairs. After several diplomatic posts in Ankara, Bonn and Damascus Mr Twaalfhoven was Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Dubai from 2003 until mid 2007. At this moment he is Director for Cabinet and Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in The Hague.
